Twitter is an interesting tool, but you can't get much idea about someone in 140 characters, so hopefully this little intro can fill in a few more details.

Having been twittering since August 2008, I'm now finally starting to feel comfortable with the tool. I think like many people at the start, we rush off headlong in one direction or another thinking we've got what twitter is about. Probably we all rethink our use of twitter over time as we understand how we are engaging with others and they with us through this interesting medium.
I hope you find my tweets interesting and useful, a reasonable balance between good information and what is happening with IPS and me personally.
