Flexible Ordering:
15 years ago life was much simpler for business owners. Orders arrived by telephone, fax or via the postman. Today we have the complexity of
Orders being placed, by email, Online through web catalogues or via Electronic forms.
One of the big challenges for Businesses is how to get Orders from the Internet into our Internal Order processing systems. It's the Internal vs external
quandry and it can get very expensive! i-Tr@der was designed from the start to work on the internet and is by default on the web or external already.
So orders entered by Customers go straight into your order processing system as if you had entered them yourself, no human intervention, and, no cost!

Customer Feedback:
Communication with customers about their orders is vital. When Orders are placed electronically either through the Catalogues or via the
Electronic forms an immediate confirmation that the order has been registered is emailed back to the client containing the Order number,
time and date and the value of the order.
Sometimes (but not always) clients want an official Order confirmation with the details of the complete order laid out. i-Tr@der has an
optional order acknowledgement facility which enables these to be sent electronically via email.

Everyone does it different:
Order processing is notoriously difficult for standard business systems. Some clients sell from stock, others only buy a product when they have sold one,
there are cash sales where Order processing needs to be a single step and there are service providers who do not require order processing at

Flexible stock reservation
options and Incremental pick lists for late delivered stock that 'must go today' are two key features that distinguish i-Tr@der from others. The system
works with either order dates or delivery dates for picking and despatching depending on business requirements.

Timing and Accuracy:
Once orders have left the building, invoices are created automatically by confirmation of despatch, at the same time stock is downdated.
i-Tr@der enables companies to record information 'the way it happens and when it happens' to mimic reality as closely as possible. Taking information out of peoples heads and
keeping it inside a system is the first step on the road to putting your business on autopilot!
