We are all grateful for the invention of the Email which has accelerated communications and allowed us to interact as never before. Create new email dialogue:  i-Tr@der unlike conventional email systems (where seperate address books exist), uses the Contact Management (CRM) system as the email address book when creating a new email. When emails are received the sender's email address is cross checked with the Contact management system for automatic filing.

Email Viewer Window:  i-Tr@der has a unique method of filing emails ensuring that only one copy of any email is retained regarless of how many recipients. Conventional emails require hours of monitoring and management, avoided altogether using the i-Tr@der email system. Our out-of-the-box innovative approach to email makes the storage of 7 years of history a realistic possibility with no additional equipment or costs.

Viewing emails against Contacts:  i-Tr@der email, enables business owners to return to the days of being able to easily see all correspondence to Customers and Suppliers. All emails irrespective of sender at either end will be filed automatically. Even when emails are deleted from User inboxes the emails are retained against the Contact record for those with access rights to view on demand.
